Questions
Which yogurt should I choose for a lassi?
Plain whole milk yogurt gives the creamiest texture. With Greek yogurt, add a little more milk.
Can it be prepared in advance?
Only for a few hours in the refrigerator. Beyond that, the mango oxidizes and the drink loses its vibrancy.
